Amish Friendship Banana Nut Bread

1/3 c Vegetable oil

1 c Flour

1/3 c Sugar

2 ea Eggs

3/4 ts Baking powder

1/4 ts Salt

1/2 ts Vanilla

1/4 ts Baking soda

1/2 c Amish Friendship starter

2 ea Bananas; mashed

1/2 c Nuts; chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased and sugared bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Source: Echo
