Festive Egg Nog Bread

2-1/2 c All purpose flour

1 c White sugar

1 tb Baking powder

1/2 ts Salt

3/4 ts Nutmeg

3 Eggs, beaten

1 c Half and half (or cream)

1/3 c Vegetable oil

1-1/2 ts Vanilla extract

1-1/2 ts Brandy extract

1 ts Almond extract

1/2 c Chopped almonds

1/2 c Maraschino cherries

In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. In separate

container beat together eggs, half and half, oil, and the three extracts. Stir into dry

ingredients; mix well. Fold in nuts and cherries. Turn into two greased loaf pans. Bake at

350F for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack.
