Irish Soda Bread

4 c Flour

4 tb Baking powder

1 ts Baking soda

3/4 c Sugar

1/4 ts Salt

1 lg Currants, box

1 c Milk

1/2 pt Sour cream

2 Egg

Take all dry ingredients and raisins and mix together with fingers. Add milk, sour cream and

eggs. Mix with a spoon; batter should be sticky. Grease and dust a 9
