1-1/8 c Buttermilk

3 c Bread flour

1-1/2 ts Salt

2 tb Applesauce (butter)

2 tb Honey

Grated rind 1 small orange

1-1/2 ts Caraway seeds

1/2 c Raisins

2 ts Yeast
