2 Eggs; slightly beaten

1-1/4 c All-purpose flour

1/2 ts Salt

1 ts Baking powder

1/2 c Milk

1/2 c Walnuts; chopped

1 tb Lemon rind; grated

1/4 c Sugar

Juice of 1 lemon
