Savory Zucchini Bread

1 c Biscuit mix

1 sm Onion; finely chopped

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Seasoned salt

1/2 ts Oregano

1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Red pepper or tabasco

2 tb Parsley; chopped

1 cl Garlic; crushed

1/2 c Vegetable oil

4 Eggs; slightly beaten

3 c Zucchini; thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients, adding zucchini last after other ingredients are well mixed. Bake at 350F

for 25 minutes in a greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
