Spiced Applesauce Bread

1 c Flour

1/2 c Whole wheat flour

1/2 ts Salt

1 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Nutmeg

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1/2 ts Allspice

1 Egg

1/4 c Milk

1 c Packed brown sugar

1 c Applesauce

1/2 c Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat one loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray. Sift together

flours, salt, baking soda, and spices. Beat the egg and milk together. Add the brown sugar,

applesauce, and oil, mixing well. Combine with the dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pan and
