Tangy Buttermilk Cheese Bread

1/2 Pound loaf

1-1/8 c Buttermilk

3 c Bread flour

1-1/2 ts Salt

1-1/2 tb Sugar

3/4 c Grated extra-sharp cheese

1-1/2 ts Yeast

Use extra sharp cheese. Bake light.
