The Greatest Garlic BreadAnonymous Fri Oct 07 16:50:09 2005 1/2 c (1 stick) butter, softened 3 lg Garlic clove(s), minced 2 tb Mayonnaise 3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese 1 ts Parsley, minced 1 ts Dried basil 1/4 ts Dried oregano 1/2 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning 1 lb Loaf Italian bread -cut in 1 Preheat the oven to 375 F. with a rack in the middle. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Combine everything but the bread in a food processor and mix well. Spread the slices of bread with the garlic-butter mixture and place them on the cookie sheet. Bake until the edges are browned, about 10-12 min. Serve immediately.
